Elizabeth is a housing practitioner with a particular interest in the interface between housing, justice and dispute resolution. She has held policy and governance roles within the housing association sector and has experience of development work with community-led housing providers. She has also worked for Shelter where she was responsible for national policy development on homelessness and the provision of social welfare law advice.
Prior to this, Elizabeth spent many years in the housing advice sector. She managed an advice service for homeless families in temporary accommodation, was part of a specialist HIV/ AIDS housing advice team and worked at the North Kensington Law Centre under housing legal aid contracts.
Elizabeth is a chartered member of CIH.
