Sheffield Hallam University are currently advertising ESRC White Rose Doctoral Training Pathway Studentships 2022/23 at the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research (CRESR). Applicants are invited to submit proposals in response to four specified collaborative projects with non-academic partners. These are:

Understanding racial health inequalities in Sheffield: a community-led approach (with SACMHA Health & Social Care)
Leading locally: the dilemmas and challenges for local civil society infrastructure (with NAVCA)
Pro bono volunteering (with Pilotlight)
Understanding the philosophy and practice of trauma-informed care (with Changing Lives and Safe Families)
 

They also have an open call and are inviting applicant-led proposals for projects aligned with CRESR’s research themes:

Housing and Place
Inclusive Economy
Sustainable Futures
Voluntary and Community Sector
Policy Research and Evaluation
