Some things might look a little different with the HSA conference this year, but one thing is the same – we are starting the conference with an event for our Early Career Researcher community!
Networking and career development is difficult at the best of times but the pandemic has made this so much more challenging. Those members at the early stage of their career have always been central to the work of the HSA and we want to try and support our ECR members as much as possible. Throughout November we are running a series of events for ECRs.
The first ECR event is an informal coffee break where you will have the opportunity to hear from the conference organisers about the format of the event for this year and get to know other ECRs. It will be a great opportunity to meet people and start conversations to continue across the conference month and beyond! We will also be asking people to get involved with the design of the final ECR session of the conference so we can create something that would be most useful to you.
