Conference Platform
The conference will take place via the Whova platform. We have now added you as an attendee on the platform and you should have received a number of emails from Whova to invite you to register.

The platform will allow you to:
- Network with delegates
- Access the conference programme and keep up to date with any changes
- Answer and ask questions of speakers
- Get involved in competitions
- Access all the live streams of the sessions
We will NOT be sending out links to the live sessions by email, you MUST access these sessions through the Whova platform.
If you do not have access to the platform or it is requiring you to provide an access code, please email [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please be mindful that the HSA is run by members for members on a voluntary basis and they may be a delay in getting back in touch with you.

Social Media
Please do promote the conference on social media using the hashtag #HSA2022, and speakers can download images from Whova to promote your session. To do so, please go to your session in the Whova platform from the agenda, and click ‘share my talk’, this will provide you with several images that you can use to share on social media.
Competitions
We are running a number of fun competitions through the conference both on Whova. We have an attendee leader board, where you will get points from engaging with the conference, such as putting forward an ice-breaker or asking a speaker a question about their talk. Please do get involved and lets see who gets top spot on the leaderboard. We also have a fun photo competition, and we are asking attendees to share housing and urban related photos on the Whova app, the best photos will be featured on our website and on our social media.
