Louise is a senior housing practitioner with extensive experience
across operational delivery, including property services and housing
management. She has previously served as the Vice Chair of a G320 housing
association in East London and is currently a trustee of a large London-based
charity. Louise is passionate about bridging the gap between housing research
and practice, championing stronger collaboration between academics and
practitioners. She is a committed advocate for the revival and expansion of housing
studies within UK universities, recognising its vital role in developing future
leaders and shaping evidence-informed housing policy and delivery.

She holds a RICS-accredited master’s degree in Building Surveying, a
Postgraduate Certificate in Housing Studies, and a bachelor’s degree in Social
Policy and Criminology. She is currently studying for an MBA to further enhance
her strategic and leadership capabilities.
