Interested in developing a new Member Network?

Do you have a passion for a specific area within housing studies that's not currently represented in our Member Networks? We encourage our members to take the initiative and propose new networks that align with their interests and contribute to the vibrant Housing Studies Association community.

How to propose a new Member Network:

1. Complete the below Application Form (once available).

  • Download and fill out the below Application Form. 
  • Provide a detailed plan outlining your network's focus, objectives, and planned activities.
  • Outline the resources and support needed to promote and sustain the network.

2. Submit Your Proposal:

  • Email your completed application form to the Chair of the HSA (please see the board page for the current Chair).
  • Ensure your proposal addresses how the network aligns with HSA's mission and the benefits it will bring to members.

What happens next?

  • Review process: Your proposal will be submitted to the HSA Board for review and approval based on its relevance, member support, and feasibility.
  • Approval: Upon approval, you'll receive guidance on the next steps to launch your network officially.
  • Support: The HSA will provide support and resources to help your network thrive.
