Title: Writing for a purpose
Time: 10-12pm

This session will focus on writing for different audiences. The interdisciplinary nature of research and scholarship across housing studies and beyond means that a range of audiences are interested in our work. This session will allow ECR’s to develop writing techniques for different outputs such as media, blog posts and policy briefs, further supporting the way in which we relay our research to the sectors and industries we work within. The second half of the session will consist of a ‘focused writing time’, using the new type of writing style discussed or an opportunity to work on your current output.
